Analysis:

The Patriots will be without two of their top run defenders (Wilfork and Warren) against a team that has two solid running backs in Marshawn Lynch and Fred Jackson. In Wilfork's spot, rookie Ron Brace and former practice squad member Titus Adams will see action this week. Brace has seen precious little action this season, winding up as a healthy scratch the past three weeks.

For Warren, Mike Wright will see more playing time. The Patriots line will struggle as Myron Pryor, who has also filled in at end and tackle is inactive against Buffalo.

On offense, Sebastian Vollmer and Dan Connolly will replace Nick Kaczur and Stephen Neal respectively. With the problems New England has shown protecting Tom Brady when the line is healthy, this week's injuries could have the biggest impact.

Isaiah Stanback is the team's third quarterback, an indication that Julian Edelman will get the nod along with Sam Aiken in the receiving game. Aiken has been missed on special teams, while Edelman filled in admirably for Wes Welker early in the season.
