WR Tim Brown named HOF semifinalist

Legendary Raiders wide receiver Tim Brown was named a Hall of Fame semifinalist on Tuesday.

Brown had 1,094 receptions for 14,934 yards and 100 touchdowns while also providing a huge spark in the return game for the Silver & Black.

Brown has previously been named a finalist for the Hall of Fame five times without earning the honors.

This year, he one of 26 semifinalists that includes fellow wide receivers Isaac Bruce, Marvin Harrison and Torrey Holt.
