Raiders agree to deal with Rodney Hudson

The Oakland Raiders have landed their replacement at center, reports say.

Reggie McKenzie and the Raiders are expected to sign ex-Chiefs center Rodney Hudson.

NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that the deal is for five years, worth $44.5 million dollars.

It’s a lot of money, but Hudson is better at center than the man he is replacing in Oakland, Stefen Wisniewski.

The signing comes after the Raiders struck out and missed on wide receiver Randall Cobb and defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh.
