Wide receiver Tyler Lockett could be a name to keep an eye on in the later rounds. He’s a wide receiver that comes from a football bloodline, and is really competitive and was named a Biletnikoff semifinalist.

Lockett has a quick speed that allows him to get separation from the defense. He can be the speedy wide receiver the Raiders need with so many possession receivers currently on the Roster. Lockett will need to put on some muscle and weight in the NFL though, as he currently lacks the proper build.
