With the deadline looming, businessman and developer Floyd Kephart submitted his final plan for the proposed Coliseum City that is attempting to keep the Raiders in Oakland.
Kephart and the New City Development group has an exclusive netotiating agreement with the city of Oakland and Alameda County to work on the development.
The 120-acre development is expected to include the new football stadium, along with housing, retail stores, hotels and offices.
The city of Oakland will now review the proposal in detail and then meet with the city council and Alameda county board of supervisors.
If the city and county like what they see, they’ll move forward on trying to finalize a deal for the development.
