The Oakland Raiders continued to manipulate their roster by signing linebacker Korey Toomer to the active roster on Saturday.
Toomer was signed to the practice squad on Tuesday after stops with the Seattle Seahaws, Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Rmas.
The 6-foot-2, 235-pound linebacker was drafted by the Seahawks in the fifth round (154th overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft. His most recent stint was with the St. Louis Rams for training camp before being waived at the end of camp. He has totaled just seven tackles in eight career games.
The Raiders waived defensive end Shelby Harris to make room for Toomer.
