The Oakland Raiders added wide receiver Marcus Thigpen on Wednesday

The Oakland Raiders are 4-3 but that's not stopping general manager Reggie McKenzie from looking to add to his roster.

The Raiders announced Wednesday that they have signed wide receiver Marcus Thigpen. He joins the Raiders following stints with the Eagles, Dolphins, Patriots, Buccaneers, Bills and Colts after entering the NFL as an udnrafted free agent with the Eagles in 2009.

Since then, he has played in 45 games and totaled nine receptions for 112 yards and one touchdown. The 5-foot-9, 200-pounder also adds value to the return game, where he has totaled 92 kickoff returns for 2,224 yards (24.2 avg.) and one touchdown and 85 punt returns for 847 yards (10.0 avg.) and two touchdowns.
