The Oakland Raiders have announced that they have signed wide receiver Jeremy Ross to the active roster.

Ross played 39 career games for the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens. In his 39 games, he has hauled in 39 receptions for 469 yards and two touchdowns. He also adds value as a kickoff returner, averaging 25.7 yards per return (54 kickoff returns), one touchdown and 63 punt returns for 759 yards and one touchdown.

Ross played in five games for the Ravens earlier this year, before joining the Raiders.

The 6-foot, 215-pounder played in 43 games over four years at California, where he finished his career ranked second on the school’s all-time punt return average list with an average of 15.2 yards per return (31 returns for 471 yards and one touchdown).

Additionally, the Raiders have signed LB John Lotulelei to the practice squad.
