Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis hasn't been shy about helping the NFL take their brand (and his Silver & Black brand) overseas in a global-branding effort.
Davis took the team to London for a regular season game two seasons ago by forfeiting a home game, and will now forfeit another home game to play internationally.
The NFL announced in February that the Raiders will host the Houston Texans in a game at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, a stadium that can fit over 110,000 people. But it looks like the Raiders will have a presence in Mexico's capital before November, as they'll announce one of their final day's draft picks from there per WGN Radio's Adam Hoge.
The NFL has long tried to make the final day's draft picks for interesting by incorporating all-time great players, as well as making announcements remotely. Many of the teams will reportedly be made nationally, while the Raiders have chosen to make their pick internationally from the location of their November Monday Night Football game.
