Oakland Raiders Hall of Fame head coach John Madden will introduce Ken Stabler into Hall of Fame

The Oakland Raiders announced on Tuesday that Pro Football Hall of Fame head coach John Madden will present his good friend, and former quarterback Ken Stabler into the 2016 class.

"The Snake" and Madden spent nine years together, including the 1976 season in which the Raiders won Super Bowl XI with a 32-14 win over the Minnesota Vikings. 

According to SF Chronicle's Vic Tafur, Madden is still recovering from surgery and will instead give the presentation by video.

The ceremony is slated to be held on Aug. 6 in Canton, Ohio.
