The Oakland Raiders regular season is just a couple of weeks away and while players continue to prepare for the 2016 season, Raiders management continues to prepare for the future as they look for a long-term home.
The team presented the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee a proposal on Thursday with their partner, Sands Casino Group, by their side. The partnership has said that if the state of Nevada will commit $750 million, then the stadium situation will get done.
That said, the state has seemingly been hesitant to commit that much, and would rather commit $500 to $600 million towards the proposed $1.9 billion stadium.
