The Oakland Raiders selected kicker Sebastian Janikowski in the first round of the NFL Draft 17 years ago and he has since become the team's all-time leading scorer.
The former Florida State alum has always been known for his strong power, once tying the NFL record for longest field goal at 63 yards. And it doesn't appear to be changing at all, not even at the age of 38.
Janikowski added to his already-impressive resume in Nashville on Sunday when he booted a 52-yard field goal in the second quarter. The field goal marked the 53rd time he made one from over 50 yards out, giving him the NFL record. He was tied with former Lions kicker Jason Hanson heading into the game.
The veteran kicker has showed no signs of slowing down, so we'll have to keep an eye on how many more he can add before he chooses to hang up the cleats.null
