The league-tampering period began Tuesday morning but the Raiders are still working on keeping some of their own.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media is reporting that the Oakland Raiders gave restricted free agent defensive lineman Denico Autry a low-round tender.
As Rapoport notes, the low-round tender may draw interest from other teams around the league as Autry has shown flashes while wearing the Silver & Black.
The former Mississippi State player has been with the Raiders for three seasons, starting a total of 15 games -- including seven last season. Last year he recorded 29 tackles, 2.5 sacks and two forced fumbles.
The Raiders are likely looking to find a good pass-rushing interior lineman in free agency in order to help upgrade their defense that struggled much of last season.
