After preparing for the mystery opponent throughout the week, the Oakland Raiders now have a definitively foe.

That situation became certain after the Pittsburgh Steelers rallied to beat the Cleveland Browns 36-33 at Heinz Field. Oakland, the AFC's No. 1 seed, host the New York Jets either Saturday or Sunday.

The two teams met on Dec. 2 in a Monday night game in Oakland with the Raiders prevailing 26-20. Oakland will be facing a Jets club that blasted Indianapolis 41-0 Saturday. New York enters Oakland on a three-game winning streak, outscoring opponents 113-34.

The Jets, who won the AFC East championship, appeared to have their postseason hopes on life support after losing to Chicago 20-13 to fall to 7-7. New York rebounded the next week to defeat New England 30-17.

The following week New England defeat Miami 27-24 in overtime to eliminate the Dolphins from playoff contention and keep New York's playoff hopes alive. The Jets hammered Green Bay 42-17 later that day to win the division title.

The Raiders and Jets will meet in the playoffs for the second time in as many seasons. Oakland won last year's wild card game 38-24. The two teams will be meeting in Oakland for the fifth time since 1999, the Raiders have won three of those contests.
