The St. Louis Rams beat the Arizona Cardinals 24-22 in Arizona in their first meeting this season, in Week 4, but that seems like forever ago now.  

More recently, the Rams (4-7) have fallen apart with offensive issues that have contributed to four straight losses. The Cardinals (9-2), meanwhile, have won five straight games and solidified their standing atop the NFC West.
