The NFL on Monday afternoon released the four-game preseason schedule for the 2017 season.
Los Angeles is set to open up at home against the Dallas Cowboys for the second straight year. The Rams won last year's preseason opener in thrilling fashion coming back in the fourth quarter for a 28-24 victory in front of a preseason attendance record of 89,140 fans in what marked their first game back in the Coliseum since 1994.
The Rams will follow it up with their first preseason road game against the Oakland Raiders in which is currently pegged to be played at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. The Raiders are expected to play at that areana through 2018. These two teams last played each other in the 2015 preseason, which Oakland won 18-3.
In Week 3, the Rams will head back to the Coliseum to face the Chargers for the first time with both teams now stationed in Los Angeles. The Chargers will man the Stubhub Center in Carson and join the Rams in the Inglewood stadium once it's completed ahead of the 2019 season. Los Angeles will finish up the preseason on the road at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers.
