BALTIMORE RAVENS' ROSTER OUTLOOK Here's beat writer Aaron Wilson's projection of the 53-man roster:

QUARTERBACKS IN: Joe Flacco, Tyrod Taylor OUT: Hunter Cantwell (Practice squad candidate)

RUNNING BACK IN: Ray Rice, Ricky Williams, Vonta Leach OUT: Damien Berry, Ryan Mahaffey BUBBLE: Anthony Allen (Practice squad candidate), Jalen Parmele Allen has more upside and size than Parmele. This is one of the Ravens' toughest roster decisions.

WIDE RECEIVER IN: Anquan Boldin, Lee Evans, Torrey Smith, Tandon Doss, David Reed OUT: Brandon Jones, James Hardy

BUBBLE: LaQuan Williams (Practice squad candidate), Marcus Smith Williams has had an excellent preseason and offers versatility because he can return punts and operate as a punt gunner. Hardy's hamstring injury cost him a chance to establish himself.

TIGHT END IN: Ed Dickson, Dennis Pitta OUT: Johdrick Morris BUBBLE: Kris Wilson, Davon Drew Wilson appears to have a slight edge if the Ravens keep three tight ends. Drew hasn't distinguished himself in three years.

OFFENSIVE LINE IN: Ben Grubbs, Bryant McKinnie, Matt Birk, Marshal Yanda, Michael Oher, Mark LeVoir, Jah Reid, Bryan Mattison, Ramon Harewood BUBBLE: Jason Murphy OUT: Tim Barnes (Practice squad candidate), Justin Boren (Practice squad candidate). The Ravens are likely to keep just nine offensive linemen. Harewood and LeVoir's health could be a factor.

SECONDARY IN: Jimmy Smith, Cary Williams, Domonique Foxworth, Lardarius Webb, Chris Carr, Ed Reed, Bernard Pollard, Tom Zbikowski, Haruki Nakamura OUT: Mana Silva, Danny Gorrer, Nate Williams, Talmadge Jackson (Practice squad candidate), Josh Victorian (Practice squad candidate) BUBBLE: Chykie Brown (Practice squad candidate) Foxworth's $4.4 million base salary and $7.4 million salary-cap figure could stand for an adjustment, especially if he's not starting. Brown hasn't shown much this preseason, but has good size and is a fifth-round draft pick.

LINEBACKER IN: Ray Lewis, Jameel McClain, Dannell Ellerbe, Brendon Ayanbadejo, Terrell Suggs, Jarret Johnson, Sergio Kindle, Prescott Burgess OUT: Josh Bynes, Chavis Williams, Albert McClellan (Practice squad candidate) BUBBLE: Tavares Gooden, Jason Phillips Gooden might be of interest to other teams as a potential trade acquisition for a later-round draft pick. His lack of durability has hurt his status.

DEFENSIVE LINE IN: Terrence Cody, Haloti Ngata, Cory Redding, Arthur Jones, Paul Kruger, Pernell McPhee, Brandon McKinney, Lamar Divens. There's little suspense involved at this position. The Ravens will have to decide whether they want to be sure they hold onto McAdoo as a developmental prospect on the active roster or take a chance that he gets claimed off waivers if they try to slide him onto the practice squad.

SPECIALISTS IN: Billy Cundiff, Sam Koch, Morgan Cox OUT: Patrick Scales
