Bears sign three players

The Chicago Bears have inked three free-agent veterans to one-year contracts.

LAKE FOREST, IL – The Chicago Bears have signed C Taylor Boggs, DT Andre Fluellen and DE Kyle Moore to one-year contracts.

The 6-3, 285-pound Boggs entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the New York Jets in 2011 out of Humboldt State but has not appeared in a regular season contest.

The 6-2, 302-pound Fluellen has played in 56 games with six starts over five seasons with Detroit (2008-12) and Miami (2012) after being selected by the Lions in the third round (87th overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft out of Florida State. Fluellen has recorded 52 tackles, 2.5 sacks and one forced fumble in his NFL career. In 2012, he appeared in five games with one start while splitting time with Detroit and Miami recording six tackles.

The 6-6, 263-pound Moore has appeared in 31 games with 14 starts over four seasons with Tampa Bay (2009-10) and Buffalo (2011-12) after being selected by the Buccaneers in the fourth round (117th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft out of USC.

Moore has recorded 57 tackles, three sacks and two fumble recoveries in his NFL career. In 2012, he started seven of 12 games played for the Bills recording a career-high 24 tackles and three sacks.
