Teammates Bryan Hall and Courtney Upshaw needed to lose weight for different reasons.
Hall, a former defensive lineman, needed to trim down to learn his new position at inside linebacker. Upshaw needed to be in shape so he can keep earning playing time, considering Elvis Dumervil is now on the roster.
