What to watch in this Sunday's Browns - Ravens game

When the Ravens have the football

Anticipate offensive coordinator Matt Cavanaugh installing running back Jamal Lewis as the focal point of the attack because of Lewis' outstanding track record against the Browns. Plus, this could take pressure off of rookie quarterback Kyle Boller as he matches wits with the conservative Cover 2 defensive schemes taught by former Dallas Cowboys head coach Dave Campo.

Key matchup

TE Todd Heap vs. LB Kevin Bentley

Pro Bowl selection could have a field day against this shorter, younger defender.

When the Browns have the football

The Browns are predictable in the sense that you can expect them to pass on virtually any down and use multiple wide receivers regardless of situation. The Ravens need to generate a pass rush on Kelly Holcomb while defensive coordinator Mike Nolan and secondary coach Donnie Henderson employ their nickel and dime packages. Overall, execution has to improve a lot from the Steelers' loss.

Key matchup

NG Kelly Gregg vs. C Jeff Faine

Intense and active, Gregg will take on a rookie with a reputation for toughness.
