Knight's injury will likely increase the playing time of Will Demps in the nickel package, or free safety Gary Baxter will shift over to cornerback Sunday against multiple receiver sets.
Boller is listed as questionable and Lewis is probable.
Offensive guard Bennie Anderson (shoulder), Baxter (knee) and receiver Marcus Robinson (hamstring) were listed as probable along with receiver Ron Johnson.
Johnson was out last week after undergoing arthroscopic surgery, but said he has improved. "I'm feeling pretty good, but we'll have to see how it responds this week," Johnson said. "I'm definitely feeling better. It's not as sore."
Meanwhile, the Broncos' prominent injuries include: quarterback Jake Plummer (broken foot, out), offensive tackle Ephraim Salaam (knee, out), wide receiver Ed McCaffrey (knee, questionable), Sharpe (knee, probable) and defensive tackle Daryl Gardener (wrist, probable).
