Ravens' second-day draft profiles

Day two saw the Ravens draft Central Missouri OLB Rod Green in the 5th, Bowling Green QB Josh Harris and Northern Arizona WR Clarence Moore in the 6th, and Kentucky WR Derek Abney and East Carolina OT Brian Rimpf in the 7th.<br><br> Here are some quick stats on each. In depth stories coming soon.

RODERICK GREEN

Drafted: Fifth round, 153rd overall, after trading fifth-round pick (160th) and seventh-rounder (222nd) to Miami Dolphins.

Position: Outside linebacker
College: Central Missouri State

Age: 22

Hometown: Brenham, Texas

Measurables: 6-foot-2, 245 pounds

Speed: 4.58

Resume: All-conference defensive end for the Mules after transferring from junior college, Green had 114 career tackles, 13 sacks and 39 tackles for losses. 

Bottom line: Athletic pass rusher is inexperienced at linebacker, but grades highly for instincts and effort. Backup linebacker and special-teams candidate assigned a fourth-round value by Ravens.

JOSH HARRIS

Drafted: Sixth round, 187th overall

Position: Quarterback

College: Bowling Green

Age: 21

Hometown: Westerville, Ohio

Measurables: 6-foot-1, 238 pounds

Speed: 4.75

Resume: Son of retired Cincinnati Bengals tight end M.L. Harris is his school's career rushing touchdowns leader with 43 and had 7,503 passing yards. Finished with 9,976 yards of total offense, 98 touchdowns and 61-percent accuracy.

Bottom line: Designated clipboard quarterback replaces Chris Redman as third quarterback. Above-average mobility, although he needs to control his weight. 

CLARENCE MOORE

Drafted: Sixth round, 199th overall

Position: Wide receiver

College: Northern Arizona

Age: 21

Hometown: Buena Park, Calif.

Measurables: 6-foot-5, 211 pounds

Speed: 4.55

Resume: All-Big Sky Conference selection and champion indoor triple jumper caught 182 passes for 3,042 yards and 28 touchdowns for the Lumberjacks. Last season, caught 63 passes for 1,184 yards and 12 scores, including nine catches, 157 yards against Arizona State.

Bottom line: Intriguing Division I-AA prospect will compete for time and could push players off the roster.

DEREK ABNEY

Drafted: Seventh round, 244th overall

Position: Receiver/return specialist

College: Kentucky

Age: 24

Hometown: Mosinee, Wisconsin

Measurables: 5-foot-9, 180 pounds

Speed: 4.37

Resume: Darting All-American return man returned eight kicks for touchdowns, totaled 5,856 all-purpose yards, catching 197 passes for 2,339 yards and 18 touchdowns. 

Bottom line: Abney's presence is a direct challenge to Lamont Brightful.

BRIAN RIMPF

Drafted: Seventh round, 246th overall

Position: Offensive tackle

College: East Carolina

Age: 23

Hometown: Raleigh, N.C.

Measurables: 6-foot-5, 319 pounds

Speed: 5.34

Resume: Two-time all-Conference USA blocker paved way for 1,000-yard rushers last three seasons.

Bottom line: Addresses area in need of depth.
