Five things to consider Ravens fans

5 considerations:

OWINGS MILLS -- 1. Will the offense engineer more consistent scoring drives under the direction of second-year quarterback Kyle Boller after two inefficient preseason contests? Plus, will one-time Pro Bowl quarterback Kordell Stewart rebound from two shaky outings that have produced a 26.7 completion percentage and a 22.2 passer rating?

2. Was allowing Terrell Owens' long touchdown catch and surrendering a kickoff return for a score against the Philadelphia Eagles last week mere aberrations for the Ravens' usually-stalwart defense and special teams?

3. Will rookie return specialist B.J. Sams live up to the considerable promise he has demonstrated on the practice fields in his NFL debut and unseat incumbent Lamont Brightful?

4. With starting split end Travis Taylor out for this game with a groin injury and Devard Darling questionable with a nagging quadriceps strain, will veteran Randy Hymes seize the opportunity to gain ground in the battle for the third receiver spot?

5. How will the offensive line perform now that center Mike Flynn (broken collarbone) has been replaced by Casey Rabach and right tackle Orlando Brown (family illness) has returned?
