Ravens' Notes (Tues.)

Tight end Todd Heap is listed as questionable because of his ankle injury and missed a portion of practice, but said he hopes to be a "game-time" decision Sunday against the Browns. Heap said his potential availability after missing five games will come down to whether he can cut smoothly.

Linebacker Peter Boulware participated in his first practice this season after undergoing off-season knee surgery. Boulware said he hopes to be activated from the physically unable to perform list in the next few weeks, but is sure it won't be between now and Sunday.

"I'm definitely looking forward to putting these pads on and getting a chance to play again," Boulware said.

Meanwhile, offensive tackle Jonathan Ogden is likely to miss his second game since pulling his left hamstring. Ogden is listed as questionable and didn't practice.

"He's moving along," Ravens coach Brian Billick said.

Lewis (knee) is listed as probable, but missed a portion of team drills. Quarterback Kyle Boller (back), return specialist B.J. Sams (knee) and running back Musa Smith (knee) are also probable.

ROSTER MOVES: The Ravens waived receiver Patrick Johnson after practice to make room for Jamal Lewis on the 53-man roster as his two-game suspension is over. Johnson saw no action during his two-week reunion with the team that drafted him in the second round in 1998.

With tight end Darnell Dinkins' promotion to the active roster, rookie wide receiver Fred Stamps took his place on the practice squad Wednesday. Stamps has prior stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and San Francisco 49ers.
