Redskins' DeAngelo Hall, Shawn Lauvao injured Thursday against Giants

The Redskins lost key pieces during Thursday night's game against the Giants.

Another wave of injuries for the Washington Redskins as cornerback DeAngelo Hall and guard Shawn Lauvao left Thursday night's game at the New York Giants.

Hall hobbled off the field during the third quarter after suffering a non-contact injury. The veteran returned to practice this summer after twice tearing his lft Achilles.

Hall was carted off the field with the injury to right foot.

Lauvao suffered an ankle injury in the first half and did not return. The left guard was one of the most improved performers on the team during the first two games, helping to key Washington's potent running game.

Josh LeRibeus, who has struggled during much of his three-plus year career, replaced Lauvao in the starting lineup.
