The return of Colt McCoy to practice means what for Redskins' QB depth chart?

The Redskins had all three quarterbacks available Wednesday. We'll see if this makes any difference for Sunday's roster.

After watching Monday's practice from the side, Colt McCoy returned to the field for Wednesday's session. Reports had McCoy sitting Monday because of a cut on the bottom of his foot, but he dropped back with ease on passes Wednesday.

None of this mean much for the Week 4 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles assuming starter Kirk Cousins remains in one piece. However, a McCoy absence could mean a depth chart change with Robert Griffin III potentially moving into the No, 2 spot or perhaps being elevated to the active roster. Griffin was not in uniform for any of the first three games.

Coach Jay Gruden will receive questions about his quarterbacks during Wednesday's press conference. Whether he answers with anything definitive is another story.

Speaking of Griffin and Cousins, here is some video of them throwing passes Wednesday along with the entire team indoors.
