Week 4 NFL picks: London Calling

Breaking Burgundy's Frank Hanrahan looks to keep his hot streak going in Week 4 with his NFL picks.

Don't call it a comeback, but do take note. Last week, a documented 5-0 record with New England, Cincy, Oakland, New Orleans and Minnesota all coming through. We are now over .500 and in the money! Speaking of, let's make even more on Sunday. The bigger the $ stack, the bigger the play!!! And we are off!!

$$$$$ -- Miami (+1.5) vs. New York Jets
Start making that money early on Sunday Morning in London, baby. Look, everybody is saying the Dolphins are dead. Folks proclaiming the the coach is on the hot seat and he better be updating his resume on career builder etc. Brandon Marshall and the Jets look good, but weird things happen in rivalry games and that's without the odd locale. Miami will be back amongst the living with a straight up win against the Jets. Book it!

$$$$ Indianapolis (-9) vs. Jacksonville
Colts out of Luck? Even if QB Andrew Luck doesn't play I still like the Colts. The Jaguars are only ranked 24th in offense and 26th against the pass. If Luck plays, Indy in a romp.

$$$ Tampa Bay (+3) vs. Carolina
Cam Newton and the Panthers are 3-0 on the season, but who cares about wins and losses. They didn't cover last week versus a New Orleans team without Drew Brees -- and they won't cover again facing Jameis Winston and the Bucs in a battle of former Heisman winners. Carolina might win but it will be tight.

$$ Denver (-7) vs. Minnesota
The Vikings, after a dismal opening game performance, have looked great of late. Adrian Peterson is running over people and opponents scored an average of 15 points in each of Minnesota's two wins. Yep, we're taking Peyton Manning and the Broncos. Don't reach for the touchdown spread. Take the Broncos laying the number.

$ St. Louis (+7) at Arizona
Hold your nose, but open your eyes. The Rams stunk the last two weeks. What happened before that? Oh, right, they rose up and upset the Seahawks. Now comes another shot an NFC West power.  St. Louis gets back on track, at least as far as the spread is considered.

Overall: 10-7
