If Bill Belichick puts designs on taking away an opponent's best weapon, he usually does. Who is that on the Redskins?

If the Patriots' defensive game plan primarily focuses on a single Redskin, Jordan Reed, DeSean Jackson or another player will be the target.

New England coach Bill Belchick is known for targeting the oppositions top threat and coming up with a plan to neutralize the threat. During his Monday press conference, Washington Redskins coach Jay Gruden was asked if he believed the Patriots change their defensive approach weekly.

“Not really. I think it depends on what they think is your strong suit. They try to take that away. They do an excellent job of not letting the best players beat them. Luckily for us we have players that we think can make plays. We have multiple players that can make plays, Pierre [Garçon] and obviously Jamison [Crowder]. If we get DeSean [Jackson] back, great. Jordan Reed is obviously a factor. Our running game has got to be able to be the big balancing force for us."

If Jackson does indeed return Sunday from a hamstring suffered in Week 1, the Redskins will have all their offensive weapons together. Therefore, the question is who will Belichick target for neutralization?
