QB-needy Browns meet with Robert Griffin III

The former Redskins QB reportedly met with the AFC North squad Saturday.

The Cleveland Browns need a quarterback. Robert Griffin III is available. The meeting was inevitable.

Griffin previously met with the New York Jets. He's been linked to the Denver Broncos; reportedly expressed interest in the St. Louis Rams and has been linked to the San Francisco 49ers' situation along with various backup jobs.

The twist with the Browns involves the draft. Cleveland owns the No. 2 overall pick. Most projections have them selecting a QB with that slot after the organization cut ties with Johnny Manziel.
