Who: Fabian Moreau
Why him: Josh Norman is the top corner, but Washington's other starter, Bashaud Breeland, becomes a free agent in 2018 and Kendall Fuller is coming off an up-and-down rookie season. Moreau suffered an injury at his Pro Day. That slowed his rise, which may have reached the first round, though he is expected to be ready for the season opener.
