2001 SEASON

Earned All-Big Twelve Conference honorable mention from the league's coaches…Started every game, except vs. Nebraska at fullback…Carried 66 times for 292 yards (4.4 avg) and a pair of touchdowns…Caught 15 passes for 108 yards (7.2 avg).

Southern California…Gained 56 yards on 9 rushes.

Oklahoma…Rushed 3 times for 36 yards and had a key block on linebacker Rocky Calmus on a 22-yard scoring run by QB Ell Roberson.

Texas Tech…Gained 27 yards on 8 carries, 58 yards on 6 catches and blocked safety Kevin Curtis on a 4-yard touchdown run by Mark Dunn.

Texas A&M…Rushed for 41 yards and a 6-yard touchdown on 11 carries.

Kansas…Carried 5 times for 29 yards.

Iowa State…Led the way on Scobey's 1-yard scoring run and had 7 rushes for 26 yards.

Louisiana Tech…Ran for a 4-yard touchdown, finishing with 31 yards on 8 carries.

Missouri…Caught 4 passes for 34 yards.

 

2000 SEASON

Emerged from reserve player to starter at fullback...Started five of the final six games…Carried 46 times for 278 yards (6.0 avg) and five touchdowns…Added 78 yards on five receptions (15.6 avg).

Ball State…Scored two touchdowns, his first two as a Wildcat.

North Texas…Caught a 16-yard score and rushed for 21 yards on 7 carries.

Kansas…Rushed 7 times for 37 yards.

Texas Tech…Scored on a 15-yard run, gaining 41 yards on 14 carries…Also cleared a rush lane for Josh Scobey's 2-yard touchdown run.

Nebraska…Gained 32 yards on two carries.

Missouri…Rushed for 51 yards on 5 carries, including a 13-yard touchdown, had a 39-yard reception and had a key block on a 4-yard scoring run by Scobey.

Oklahoma (Big Twelve Championship)…Carried 9 times for 49 yards.

Tennessee (Cotton Bowl)…Ran for 15 yards on 4 carries and caught a 13-yard pass.

 

JUNIOR COLLEGE

Attended Trinity Valley (Austin, Tex.) Community College…The Cardinals won the South-west Junior College Conference title…Earned honorable mention All-Conference in both his seasons.
