Hall's Injury Has Redskins Shopping

John Hall's leg has put the Redskins in a bind once again.

Hall has a strained groin, which could force the Redskins to make a move, either temporary or permanent.

''It's something we have to address,'' Redskins coach Joe Gibbs said.

The Redskins will work out at least two kickers Tuesday: veteran Todd Peterson and Nick Novak.

Also, corner Shawn Springs (groin) will try to practice, albeit in a limited capacity on Wednesday. That will determine his status for the week. It's still more likely that he would return against Indianapolis the following week, though more will be learned Wednesday.

And defensive tackle Joe Salave'a hurt his other calf Sunday. It's the same injury, but to the other leg, that sidelined him for two games.
