Receiver Santana Moss practiced for the first time since hurting his hamstring, leaving the Redksins optimistic about his chances.
Though he's still listed as questionable, Moss at least worked out. He was limited, but he still ran routes and caught passes at around half-speed.
''Today is a good step,'' Redskins coach Joe Gibbs said.
Moss did not play against Dallas and did not practice in the two weeks leading up to that game.
On the sidelines today: tackle Jon Jansen (calf), quarterback Mark Brunell (rest) and tight end Christian Fauria (ankle). Fauria is questionable. Receiver David Patten (hamstring), corner Carlos Rogers (thumb) and tight end Chris Cooley (shoulder) are probable.
For Philadelphia, defensive tackle Mike Peterson (hand), corner Lito Shepherd (hand/ankle) and running back Brian Westbrook (ankle/knee) are probable.
