Redskins set to Visit with a third CB.

I think it is safe to say, the Redskins are seriously interested in drafting a CB in this draft. This will be the third CB that has been reported as visiting with the Redskins over the past few weeks.

The latest CB on the schedule to visit with the Washington Redskins is CB Brandon Flowers from Virginia Tech.

Jon Scott from PatriotsInsider.com has confirmed for me, that according to his agent, he has a visit scheduled with the Redskins on Monday, April 7th.

After visiting with the Redskins, he will be headed to Tampa Bay and then San Diego. He has also worked out for the Patriots and has interest from over six teams.

Scout.com has Flowers ranked as the 16th best CB in this draft and could go as early as the second round. At 5'10" and 190 pounds, he is a tad on the small side. However, he plays bigger than his size and likes to be physical.

Brandon Flowers could be a nice option for the Redskins who need depth at CB desperately.
