...Safety Chris Horton (shoulder) will play after missing last week's loss to Cincinnait.
Marcus Washington (ankle) was limited in practice, but was optimistic about his chances for playing Sunday. Still have to see how the ankle responds, but it felt good, he said.
Cornelius Griffin should be fine for Sunday. He's not even listed on the injury report.
Jon Jansen did not practice, nor was he expected to much before Friday – if at all. He will try to play, but is likely questionable at best.
Chris Samuels had surgery on his right triceps and had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee. The triceps will take five to six months to rehab. Makes you wonder just how good he'll be in camp. It's going to take a while before he'll feel comfortable punching with his arm, as he must do in protection.
Jason Campbell, said they've been playing tight. If that's the case, maybe now that the pressure is off – and once again no one expects anything from them – that they will play better. That's their hope.
Steve Spurrier with some assistants wearing out a path to Vinny Cerrato's door. That's no way to coach. This is not Zorn's hand-picked staff and that makes a huge difference.
London Fletcher. He was snubbed again for the Pro Bowl, making it as a second alternate.
Patrick Willis or Carolina's Jon Beason? Hard to say neither one deserves it. But it's a shame that Fletcher might go an entire career without making it once. Got a feeling if he had made it once early in his career he would have had five trips by now.
Mike Sellers was on a cloud today. I think making it as a starter really humbled him. He enjoyed the attention, but he was a bit awed by the selection.
