Thursday: G Quinn Ojinnaka suspended one regular season game.

Comments: The veteran offensive lineman has been suspended for the first regular season game stemming from a domestic dispute with his wife from last season.

Baltimore Ravens

Thursday: Signed K Shayne Graham.

Comments: He'll compete against fellow veteran K Billy Cundiff for the starting job.

Buffalo Bills

Thursday: Signed sixth-round pick OLB Danny Batten.

Saturday: Signed LB Reggie Torbor.

Comments: Batten, who signed a four-year deal, has a pretty good chance to make the final roster coming out of the preseason based on the need for pass rushers.

Torbor is capable of lining up inside or outside, but likely will line up inside in Buffalo's 3-4 defense.

Tuesday: Waived/injured UDFA DE Lawrence Wilson.

Wednesday: Placed UDFA DE Lawrence Wilson on IR.

Comments: He's capable of backing up at guard or at right tackle.

Scott should handle the No. 3 role at running back this season. Lindley will challenge veteran CB Ellis Hobbs for playing time. Owens will vie for a spot on the roster as a fourth defensive tackle. Coleman figures to challenge for a spot as a fourth safety.

Thursday: Signed fifth-round pick QB Jonathan Crompton, signed TE Randy McMichael.

Comments: Crompton signed a four-year deal and will man the No. 3 QB role this season. McMichael will vie for a roster spot as the team's second tight end.

San Francisco 49ers

Tuesday: Claimed WR Isaiah Stanback off waivers from the New England Patriots, signed sixth-round pick TE Anthony McCoy.

Friday: Waived WR Mike Jones, signed fifth-round pick S Kam Chancellor.

Comments: McCoy and Chancellor signed a four-year deals.

St. Louis Rams

Wednesday: Declined to place a June 1 tender on restricted free agent S O.J. Atogwe.

Thursday: Signed UDFA OT Joe Gibbs.

Comments: Atogwe is now an unrestricted free agent. He's free to sign with any team, but his age (29) and injury from last season may make it hard for him to sign a lucrative deal.

Friday: Signed fourth-round pick WR Mike Williams, waived G Michael Shumard.

Comments: If Williams, who signed a four-year deal, can stay out of trouble, he could start as a rookie.
