Scott apparently injured the thumb while jostling at the line of scrimmage with wide receiver Plaxico Burress. He left practice an extended period of time before returning with the thumb heavily wrapped in tape.
The injury is not expected to keep him out of Sunday's game
Linebacker Kendrell Bell returned to practice Wednesday and
showed no ill effects of the shoulder injury that caused him to
miss a good portion of the preseason.
Bell continues to be listed as questionable on the team's injury
