The Steelers this evening have started signing their draft choices, beginning with third-round pick Chris Hope. According to reports linked above, Hope will be getting a three-year deal worth $1.3 million. Hope's signing bonus will be a shade under $400,000 with salaries slightly backloaded at $225K, $300K, and $380K. The deal takes up a little over 10% of the $3.07 million that the Steelers have to sign their draftees this year.
