How do you feel?
Fine. I feel good. I'm a little full from Christmas, but I feel good.
Will you play a good bit on Sunday?
We haven't gotten to that yet. It's something I'll talk to coach about and he'll make a decision, whether it's playing or not.
Would you rather this game have more meaning?
It matters to us because it's Baltimore, it's a divisional game and it's the last game on our 16-game schedule.
What would it mean to sweep the entire division?
It would mean a lot. I don't know the last time we've done that. I don't think it's been done since I've been here, so it would be important to me and the rest of the guys.
Will you lobby one way or another about playing?
I always want to play. We communicate every day and I'm sure we'll communicate after film today.
It's been and up-and-down year with the team, where do you feel the team is relative to where it needs to be heading into the playoffs?
I'm not going to talk too much about it since we still have another game before the playoffs, but I'm happy to be in the playoffs, point blank.
You like the way you guys are playing?
We won last week, so we're on a good track right now.
Were the last few days off sort of like a mini-bye week?
It felt good. I think we really needed the rest. If you watch us, I think you could say we were a tired team. We were dragging a little bit, so I think these past few days have been good for us.
Will this be Baltimore's playoff game?
It's going to be a tough game. It always is. I expect it to be physical and I expect it to be a good game.
Are you happy to have Verron (Haynes) back?
Very happy. I knew he was coming back a few days ago because we have the same agent. I was excited.
Will you be roommates on the road again?
No, he's too old. He's moved up. He's got his own room now. Me and Heath (Miller) have something going now, we're good roommates.
If you play, would you play the whole game?
That's up to Mike (Tomlin). He decides who's playing this week and who's not playing. My job is to get the ankle ready and get ready to play.
You said last week that you'd be rooting for Carson (Palmer). What was that like?
Whoo. I'll tell you what, it was a little stressful watching those teams go at it, but Cincinnati got it in the long run.
Does the No. 3 seed have any significance?
We're worried about Baltimore right now. That's all that matters to us.
What do you make about the whole Bart Scott, Hines (Ward) thing?
Nothing at all?
Did you hear the talk after the last game?
No I didn't.
