Name:  Zachary Hilton  School:  North Carolina Year:  5Sr

Ht:  6-8  Wt:  262  40:  4.81  Pos:  TE

Bio: Twelve game starter in 2002 posting career numbers of 19 receptions, 258 receiving yards with 1 score.  Started nine games the prior year totaling 12/88/2.  Special teams player and backup his initial two seasons in the program.

Pos: Fluid, athletic tight end still growing into the position.  Smooth moving about the field, adequate route runner and adjusts well for the errant throw, reaching back and catching the pass in stride.  Extends, looks the pass in and makes the reception away from his body, pulling the ball out from a crowd.  Quick into blocks and plays with leverage.

Neg:  Must become more cognizant as a blocker and active in the passing game.  Does a bit of standing around rather than making himself an available target.  Overextends into his blocks.

Analysis:  The UNC program has been loaded at the tight end position the past three seasons yet they failed to use the existing talent as weapons in the offense.  All of which hampered Hilton's development.  Still a solid developmental prospect that needs repetition and must mature physically to become a complete football player.
