David Vobora to work out for Seahawks

Former St. Louis Rams linebacker David Vobora is set to work out for the Seattle Seahawks on Monday, according to his agent, Marc Lillibridge.

A former seventh-round draft pick from Idaho, the former Mr. Irrelevant recorded 56 tackles and one sack last season for the Rams before recently being cut.

The Rams signed Vobora to a three-year, $1.24 million contract in 2008.

Suspended for four games two years ago violating the NFL substance-abuse policy, Vobora pursued legal action against he company that produced the supplement and was awarded $5.4 million.
