The case stems from Haynesworth allegedly inappropriately touching a waitress while paying his bill.
According to reports, Haynesworth has to complete 160 hours of community service and take part in an alchohol abuse assessment and a psychological assessment.
"I do not contest the goverment's proffer of facts," Haynesworth said in court, per the Washington Post.
