Cowboys cut Igor Olshansky

The Dallas Cowboys have cut veteran defensive lineman Igor Olshansky. Olshanky's release is unexpected. Olshansky was signed by the Cowboys two years ago after starting his career with the San Diego Charger

The 6-foot-5, 315-pounder has recorded 257 tackles and 12 1/2 sacks. He was picked by the Chargers in the second round of the 2004 NFL draft. Olshansky, 29, played collegiately at Oregon. For more coverage of the Cowboys go to Ranch Report at Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider
