Road to the NFL Draft: Jonathan Martin

Former Stanford offensive tackle Jonathan Martin has been working out at the Athletes' Performance Institute in Phoenix, Arizona in preparation for the NFL Combine and Draft.

Offensive tackle Jonathan Martin is one of the handful of former Stanford football players entering this year's NFL Draft.

Martin, who has been training at the Athletes' Performance Institute with Cardinal teammate David DeCastro, says he thinks the level of talent coming out of Stanford this year is "a testament to the hard work" that the players have put in.

After spending nearly two months at the Phoenix facility, Martin felt that his biggest takeaway was the technique he learned. "For big guys, 40 time, broad jump, vertical jump, a lot of that's technique. Being able to be at a place where they have world-class teachers teaching you all the little details that can help you has been big for me," said Martin.

FOX Sports NEXT was able to catch up with the lineman to talk in-depth about his training schedule, his collegiate football career, and more:
