Falcons agree to deal with Todd McClure

Todd McClure's long tenure with the Atlanta Falcons continues. The veteran center agreed to a one-year contract today, the team announced. McClure, 35, is a 6-foot-1, 296-pound former Falcons seventh-round draft pick from the 1999 NFL draft

He started 13 games last season as Matt Ryan passed for 4,177 yards and running back Michael Turner rushed for 1,300 yards. McClure set a franchise record with 144 consecutive starts from 2002 to 2010.
