EXCLUSIVE: NFLPA Purchases NFL Quarterback Club

TheInsiders.com reports exclusively today that the NFL Players Association has acquired the NFL Quarterback Club. Both organizations have been instrumental in routing over a quarter-billion in royalties to players since 1990. Here are Bernie Kosar's comments about the news...

Today, the NFL Players Association bought the NFL Quarterback Club from myself and twelve other quarterbacks.

I started the Quarterback Club twelve years ago. We passed out well over $60 million to over sixty players. Plus, the union start paying players and passed out over $200 million. The NFL Quarterback Club was part of getting NFL players more than a quarter of a billion in royalty payments after 1990. Before 1990, players received zero.
