Broncos sign WR Brandon Stokley

Peyton Manning will be throwing to a familiar target again. The Denver Broncos signed veteran wide receiver Brandon Stokley, who played with Manning for four seasons with the Indianapolis Colts. Manning and Stokley have been friends for several years. .

This is Stokley's second stint with the Broncos having caught 108 passes for 1,490 yards and 12 touchdowns during 34 games and 13 starts from 2007 to 2009.

Stokley has also played for the New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks and the Baltimore Ravens, who drafted him in the fourth round in 1999.

For his career, has 339 receptions for 4,680 yards with 34 touchdowns. In 14 playoff games, he has 43 catches for 620 yards with six touchdowns and earned two Super Bowl rings as a member of the 2000 Ravens and the 2006 Colts.
