Seahawks cut Antonio Bryant

The Seattle Seahawks have cut veteran wide receiver Antonio Bryant. Bryant hasn't played since catching 39 passes for 600 yards and four touchdowns for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers three years ago. He has caught 372 career passes for 5,685 yards and 30 touchdowns.

The Cincinnati Bengals cut Bryant before the season two years ago after signing a four-year, $28 million deal.

The Seahawks brought in wide receiver Braylon Edwards for a tryout, but he wasn't immediately signed to a contract.
