With two weeks left in the NFL regular season the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have the first overall pick in next spring's draft. Here's a look at the draft order and first round mock projections after 15 weeks of the 2014 season.

There are three weeks left to the 2014 NFL regular season. A handful of teams are 2-11 and the Buccaneers are currently slated with the top pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Here is a Mock Draft based on where teams currently fall in the draft order. College players won’t have to declare for the draft until January 15, so the player pool considered here are all the guys who are red-shirt sophomores and older. Here is a running list of the underclassmen that have declared for the NFL Draft.

Note: The Browns own the Bills first-round selection after Buffalo traded up with Cleveland last year to select Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Height: 6'4
Weight:219
Hometown: Honolulu, Hi.
College: Oregon
Class: 2014 JR
Position: QB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 7
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Lovie Smith
2014 Record: 2-12

ANALYSIS: Tamp Bay was born in 1976 and has yet to have a sustained franchise quarterback. They had Doug Williams (five years) and even Steve Young (two years) prior to his days in San Fran. The Bucs drafted guys like Vinny Testaverde No. 1 overall and Trent Dilfer at No. 6. In all, they have started 37 different quarterbacks over the past 38 seasons. Do they grab a quarterback with the top overall pick when they have huge holes on the offensive line and are in desperate need for a pass rusher? They can’t pass on Heisman Trophy winner Marcus Mariota, who they hope to be the Bucs first franchise’s signal caller.

Tennessee Titans

Height: 6'4
Weight:230
Hometown: Bessemer, Ala.
College: Florida State
Class: 2014 SO
Position: QB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 8
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Ken Whisenhunt
2014 Record: 2-11

ANALYSIS: Last week I had the Titans drafting Nebraska defensive end Randy Gregory. Upon further review lets go quarterback here and take the troubled Jameis Winston. He's a star on the field and has yet to lose a college game. Last year's Heisman Trophy winner, Winston has shined this season when FSU needed him the most. How will his off the field issues hurt his draft stock? Winston will certainly come under more pre-draft scrunity than other other prospect before him. Here though the Titans get their signal caller knowing they don't have a guy to build their team around for the long haul.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Height: 6'5
Weight:295
Hometown: Daytona Beach, Fla.
College: USC
Class: 2014 JR
Position: DT
Rating:
Overall Rank: 1
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Gus Bradley
2014 Record: 2-12

ANALYSIS: The Jags continue to build up their defense and grab defensive lineman Leonard Williams from Southern Cal. He's a big time talent who's physical and versatile. Gus Bradley can work him in the lineup in a variety of ways in Jacksonville. Right now I think he's the top non-quarterback in this draft.

Oakland Raiders

Height: 6'6
Weight:240
Hometown: Fishers, Ind.
College: Nebraska
Class: 2014 JR
Position: DE
Rating:
Overall Rank: 16
Pos Rank: 2

Head Coach: Tony Sparano
2014 Record: 2-12

ANALYSIS: Last week I had the Raiders grabbing Amari Cooper. However, I think picking in the No. 4 hole may be a tad high for this Alabama wide receiver. Oakland hit a home run last May with the selection of Khalil Mack. Here they find a pass rushing, athletic defensive end to pair with him in Randy Gregory from Nebraska. The two should work very well together.

5
Washington Redskins

Player: Andrus Peat
Height: 6'7
Weight:316
Hometown: Chandler, Az.
College: Stanford
Class: 2014 JR
Position: OT
Rating:
Overall Rank: 29
Pos Rank: 4

Head Coach: Jay Gruden
2014 Record: 3-11

ANALYSIS: Assuming RG3 is still the franchise quarterback for the Redskins then you have to keep him upright and healthy. That means building up the offensive front. Washington could decide among all the offensive line prospects. Here I go with the guy I believe fits the best - Andrus Peat from Stanford. This is a very big and athletic tackle that just needs some refinement. Much will depend on who's making the calls in D.C. Will it be this regime or another new one for the Redskins?

6
New York Jets

Height: 6'5
Weight:320
Hometown: Denison, Ia.
College: Iowa
Class: 2014 SR
Position: OT
Rating:
Overall Rank: 4
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Rex Ryan
2014 Record: 3-11

ANALYSIS: Last week I had the Jets draft quarterback Jameis Winston. But he is long gone in this mock. This New York franchise is a mess offensively and could go in a number of directions. They could trade up for a signal caller, draft Amari Cooper or address their front. Here, the Jets take a versatile offensive line prospect from Iowa in Brandon Scherff.

RND 1
7
Atlanta Falcons

Player: Shane Ray
Height: 6'3
Weight:245
Hometown: Kansas City, Mo.
College: Missouri
Class: 2014 JR
Position: DE
Rating:
Overall Rank: 13
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Mike Smith
2014 Record: 5-9

ANALYSIS: Last week the Falcons were drafting in the 21 spot because Atlanta was in first place of the NFC South. They lost and now pick here. Atlanta has to improve their pass rush and there are plenty of possibilities at No. 7. Shane Ray from Missouri gets the nod here over guys like Dante Fowler, Vic Beasley and others. Ray had a big season for the Tigers and is an explosive guy on the edge with size and speed.

RND 1
8
New York Giants

Player: Dante Fowler
Height: 6'3
Weight:277
Hometown: St. Petersburg, Fla.
College: Florida
Class: 2014 JR
Position: OLB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 3
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Tom Coughlin
2014 Record: 5-9

ANALYSIS: Last week I had the Gaints drafting Ray but he's gone to the team just ahead of New York. The Giants stick with a pass rusher here and go with the athletic and versatile Dante Fowler.

RND 1
9
Chicago Bears

Player: Vic Beasley
Height: 6'3
Weight:285
Hometown: Adairsville, Ga.
College: Clemson
Class: 2014 SR
Position: OLB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 10
Pos Rank: 2

Head Coach: Marc Trestman
2014 Record: 5-9

ANALYSIS: Hard to mock the Bears pick when you don't even know if there will be a new staff and new schemes in Chicago next season. Last week I had the Bears picking linebacker Shaq Thompson from Washington. The Bears need linebacker help as well as a pass rusher (or two) and help in the secondary at safety. Landon Collins could certainly be an option. But a good pass rush helps out the backend so Chicago goes with Vic Beasley here.

RND 1
10
Carolina Panthers

Height: 6'5
Weight:305
Hometown: Allen, Texas
College: Texas A&M
Class: 2014 SR
Position: OT
Rating:
Overall Rank: 85
Pos Rank: 9

Head Coach: Ron Rivera
2014 Record: 5-8-1

ANALYSIS: It could be very tempting for the Panthers to go for some defensive help here or perhaps even take a shot with running back Todd Gurley but they need to continue to address their offensive front and protect their guy Cam Newton. I had them pickig Schreff last week but he's gone already in this mock. This time Carolina drafts offensive tackle Cedric Ogbuehi from Texas A&M. He has as much upside as an OL in this draft.

RND 1
11
Minnesota Vikings

Height: 6'0
Weight:222
Hometown: Geismar, La.
College: Alabama
Class: 2014 JR
Position: S
Rating:
Overall Rank: 24
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Mike Zimmer
2014 Record: 6-8

ANALYSIS: The Vikings could go a number of different directions and address linebacker, wide receiver or even the offensive front. They could even be a wildcard and snag running back Todd Gurley. But Landon Collins is the clear cut top safety in this draft who should be a plug and play guy in their secondary. He’s active in run support and good in coverage. I have watched this kid since his junior season at Geismar (La.) Dutchtown high school – Collins is a bona fide big time, playmaking safety. He has been awesome this season for the Crimson Tide.

RND 1
12
St. Louis Rams

Player: Todd Gurley
Height: 6'1
Weight:226
Hometown: Tarboro, N.C.
College: Georgia
Class: 2014 JR
Position: RB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 12
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Jeff Fisher
2014 Record: 6-8

ANALYSIS: I could see the Rams go offensive line here or even Amari Cooper. But would they pass on a talent like Todd Gurley? A powerful run game with this running back from Georgia would certainly change the dynamics of St. Louis's offense in that grind out division with Arizona, Seattle and San Francisco. I know they like Tre Mason but...

RND 1
13
Houston Texans

Player: Amari Cooper
Height: 6'1
Weight:210
Hometown: Miami, Fla.
College: Alabama
Class: 2014 JR
Position: WR
Rating:
Overall Rank: 2
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Bill O'Brien
2014 Record: 7-7

ANALYSIS: There’s no question that Texans coach Billy O’Brien could go quarterback here. Then again, that would be a reach. Andre Johnson will not be playing forever. In this mock Amari Cooper falls right into their lap. You can't pass on this bargain here. No way.

RND 1
14
Cleveland Browns

Player: Kevin White
Height: 6'3
Weight:209
Hometown: Plainfield, N.J.
College: West Virginia
Class: 2014 SR
Position: WR
Rating:
Overall Rank: 14
Pos Rank: 3

Head Coach: Mike Pettine
2014 Record: 7-7

ANALYSIS: Last week I had Cleveland bolstering their offensive front with La'El Collins. But they can't ignore the wide receiver position and will get a great one here in Kevin White from West Virginia. He had a fantastic season in Morgantown. This kid has size and speed.

RND 1
15
San Francisco 49ers

Player: Shawn Oakman
Height: 6'9
Weight:280
Hometown: Landsdowne, Pa.
College: Baylor
Class: 2014 JR
Position: DE
Rating:
Overall Rank: NR
Pos Rank:

Head Coach: Jim Harbaugh
2014 Record: 7-7

ANALYSIS: I could certainly see this franchise going cornerback here or even wide receiver. But Baylor's Shawn Oakman has to be one of the most intriguing prospects in this draft. He's a huge defensive end with a lot of upside.

RND 1
16
Miami Dolphins

Height: 6'5
Weight:321
Hometown: Baton Rouge, La.
College: LSU
Class: 2014 SR
Position: OG
Rating:
Overall Rank: 18
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Joe Philbin
2014 Record: 7-7

ANALYSIS: I had running back Melvin Gordon to Miami last week. I would stick with that but La'El Collins is available to the Dolphins. He's a powerful and versatile offensive lineman that can play right tackle or guard.

RND 1
17
Kansas City Chiefs

Height: 6'3
Weight:215
Hometown: Philadelphia, Pa.
College: Arizona State
Class: 2014 JR
Position: WR
Rating:
Overall Rank: 25
Pos Rank: 6

Head Coach: Andy Reid
2014 Record: 8-6

ANALYSIS: I had White going to K.C. last week but he's already been selected by the Browns. Instead, Andy Reid and the Chiefs grab another wideout in Sun Devils standout Jaleen Strong. He's a big target who has a knack for making very big plays, something Kansas City is sorely missing from their current wide receiver unit.

RND 1
18
San Diego Chargers

Height: 6'1
Weight:213
Hometown: Kenosha, Wis.
College: Wisconsin
Class: 2014 JR
Position: RB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 15
Pos Rank: 2

Head Coach: Mike McCoy
2014 Record: 8-6

ANALYSIS: Last week I had the Chargers going cornerback but in this mock Melvin Gordon is still on the board. San Diego can't pass on this outstanding Wisconsin running back. Phillip Rivers will finally get some much needed help from their run game. I think there are two first round backs in this draft and this kid is one of them.

RND 1
19
Cleveland Browns

Height: 6'5
Weight:249
Hometown: Tunica, Miss.
Class: 2014 JR
Position: MLB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 75
Pos Rank: 4

Head Coach: Mike Pettine
2014 Record: 7-7

ANALYSIS: Here's another outstanding athlete with versatility for the Browns in Benardrick McKinney. He's a guy that can play inside and out in the Cleveland defense. He had an outstanding 2014 campaign for Mississippi State.

RND 1
20
Philadelphia Eagles

Height: 6'1
Weight:228
Hometown: Sacramento, Calif.
College: Washington
Class: 2014 JR
Position: OLB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 39
Pos Rank: 3

Head Coach: Chip Kelly
2014 Record: 9-5

ANALYSIS: I had the Eagles go cornerback here last week but Shaq Thompson was already long gone. He's not in this mock draft and this is an absolute steal for Chip Kelly's defense. Philadelphia just filled a need with an outstanding athlete with tremendous speed and versatility.

RND 1
21
New Orleans Saints

Player: Trae Waynes
Height: 6'1
Weight:182
Hometown: Kenosha, Wis.
Class: 2014 JR
Position: CB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 6
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Sean Payton
2014 Record: 6-8

ANALYSIS: The Saints could very well go for a pass rusher here or even offensive line. But they could also have their pick at cornerback. The call is for Michigan State standout Traw Waynes. He will give New Orleans a needed boost at the corner position. He has good size and length.

RND 1
22
Pittsburgh Steelers

Height: 6'0
Weight:196
Hometown: Ocala, Fla.
College: Florida State
Class: 2014 JR
Position: CB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 52
Pos Rank: 6

Head Coach: Mike Tomlin
2014 Record: 9-5

ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh needs to address the secondary and here they get a good sized, physical and athletic cornerback in P.J. Williams from Florida State. He looks like a good fit in the Steeler secondary.

RND 1
23
Baltimore Ravens

Player: Alvin Dupree
Height: 6'4
Weight:264
Hometown: Irwinton, Ga.
College: Kentucky
Class: 2014 SR
Position: TE
Rating:
Overall Rank:
Pos Rank:

Head Coach: John Harbaugh
2014 Record: 9-5

ANALYSIS: If the Ravens go looking to address their pass rush this is a guy that could very well be available. Dupree has good size and athleticism and he had a terrific season in Lexington for the the Kentucky Wildcats.

RND 1
24
Cincinnati Bengals

Height: 6'4
Weight:314
Hometown: Washington, D.C.
College: Florida State
Class: 2014 JR
Position: DT
Rating:
Overall Rank: 51
Pos Rank: 6

Head Coach: Marvin Lewis
2014 Record: 9-4-1

ANALYSIS: Cincinnati is another hard team to project but then again it will be hard for the Bengals to pass on a guy like Goldman. He's finally playing like the high school All-American he was a few years ago. Goldman would be a nice addition to the Cincy front.

RND 1
25
Dallas Cowboys

Height: 6'0
Weight:190
Hometown: Oakland, Calif.
College: Washington
Class: 2014 JR
Position: CB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 9
Pos Rank: 2

Head Coach: Jason Garrett
2014 Record: 10-4

ANALYSIS: It's safe to assume that at this point Marcus Peters is the top cornerback in this draft. Having said that how much will his dismissal from the Huskies hurt his stock? It won't with Jerry Jones and Dallas.

RND 1
26
Detroit Lions

Height: 5'10
Weight:195
Hometown: Chino Hills, Calif.
College: Oregon
Class: 2014 SR
Position: CB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 116
Pos Rank: 15

Head Coach: Jim Caldwell
2014 Record: 10-4

ANALYSIS: If the Lions re-sign Suh than I would anticipate Detroit to then bolster their secondary. I don't see them passing on a guy like Ekpre-Olomu if he's still on the board at this point.

RND 1
27
Indianapolis Colts

Player: Cam Erving
Height: 6'6
Weight:308
Hometown: Moultrie, Ga.
College: Florida State
Class: 2014 SR
Position: C
Rating:
Overall Rank: 31
Pos Rank: 1

Head Coach: Chuck Pagano
2014 Record: 10-4

ANALYSIS: Indy would love to address their pass rush but with the primary guys off the board here the Colts will turn their attention to their offensive front and protecting Andrew Luck. I had Cameron Erving projected as a first rounder last year. He's a tackle that moved to center this season in Tallahassee and had a great year for the Seminoles.

RND 1
28
Green Bay Packers

Height: 6'5
Weight:256
Hometown: Middletown, N.J.
Class: 2014 JR
Position: DE
Rating:
Overall Rank: NR
Pos Rank:

Head Coach: Mike McCarthy
2014 Record: 10-4

ANALYSIS: The Packers could go a number of different ways. They could certainly address the offensive line here but they also need to rev up their pass rush. Calhoun is still on the board from Michigan State.

RND 1
29
Seattle Seahawks

Height: 6'2
Weight:320
Hometown: Brenham, Texas
College: Texas
Class: 2014 JR
Position: RB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 193
Pos Rank: 17

Head Coach: Pete Carroll
2014 Record: 10-4

ANALYSIS: Brown is a big man and a very good athlete. I could see Pete Carroll and the Seahawks loving his versatility. Looks for Brown's draft stock to climb and climb over the coming weeks and months leading up to the draft.

RND 1
30
New England Patriots

Height: 6'2
Weight:340
Hometown: Auburn, Wa
College: Washington
Class: 2014 SR
Position: DT
Rating:
Overall Rank: 8
Pos Rank: 2

Head Coach: Bill Belichick
2014 Record: 11-3

ANALYSIS: The Patriots could go offensive line, wide receiver or tight end here. But they could also address a big need on the defensive front. I don't think they would pass on the big and athletic defensive tackle Danny Shelton from Washington if he were available here.

RND 1
31
Arizona Cardinals

Height: 6'3
Weight:246
Hometown: Hau'ula, Hi.
College: Washington
Class: 2014 SR
Position: OLB
Rating:
Overall Rank: 103
Pos Rank: 10

Head Coach: Bruce Arians
2014 Record: 11-3

ANALYSIS: Kikaha finished with 35 career sacks including 18 this past season. He's big, athletic and versatile and would fit right into the Arizona defense.

RND 1
32
Denver Broncos

Height: 6'6
Weight:225
Hometown: Springfield, Mo.
College: Michigan
Class: 2014 JR
Position: WR
Rating:
Overall Rank: 97
Pos Rank: 14

Head Coach: John Fox
2014 Record: 11-3

ANALYSIS: John Elway would have to be very intrigued by the idea of pairing Devin Funchess with Peyton Manning, Demaryius Thomas, Julius Thomas and company in Denver.
