NFL Draft: Jameis Winston Flashback

The controversial Florida State quarterback is Scout's 8th-best prospect in the 2015 NFL Draft. See him in action before crab legs stole the headlines.

He may not have won a state title at Hueytown High School in Alabama, but Jameis Winston won a Heisman Trophy and a national title at Florida State. Winston is a proven winner and he rises to the top when the pressure is on. He has this magnetic personality and he had always had a lot of positive energy around him between the lines. Even when he came onto the scene as a sophomore in high school, he had 'it', and it was easy to see the talent. Most felt for about 18 months that Winston, the five-star signal caller out of the Yellow Hammer State, would play in Tuscaloosa for Nick Saban, but quarterback coach Dameyune Craig and Seminole baseball got the two-sport star to FSU. Winston has the skill set to be very successful on the next level with the arm, the pocket awareness, and the intangibles he brings to the table.
